• Payment data (handled by SumUp — we do not store it)

• Fiscal and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR)

Data is not used for marketing without explicit consent.

4. Data retention

Order data is retained for the period required by tax obligations (10 years under Italian law), after which it is deleted.

5. Third parties

Payments are handled by SumUp, which processes payment data independently and securely under PCI-DSS standards.
